Reason for treatment
Cleaned with distilled water and a few drops of Dehypon 45 (non- ionic detergent), using cotton wool swabs. After cleaning, surface rinsed with distilled water on cotton wool swabs or a Kleenex tissue. Surface wiped with a dry Kleenex tissue to remove any remaining distilled water.10.6.2005The old inpaintings were removed by swabbing with Industrial methylated spirits (ethanol,methanol). Modustuc Acrylic putty was used to smooth the fills. The golden acrylic colours and the restoration glaze were used for the inpainting. 4hrs. Duygu Cleere
