This small porcelain jar has a narrow neck, broad shoulders and an indented foot ring. It is painted beneath the glaze in iron brown and copper green with a rural scene of a village on a riverbank beneath a group of willow trees and with a boat floating down the river. There is a calligraphic inscription in grass script.
