Kukri in sword-belt. Space for minor blades, missing here, on the sword-belt. Gurkha's. Made of forged steel, leather and wooden hilt.

Reason for treatment
Remove active corrosion and clean to improve appearance.
Generally dull with some noticeable rust spots on the blade.
Rust spots on the blade were scraped using steel scrapers.Blade was then cleaned with steel wool and white spirit.All other metal parts were cleaned in the same manner.Wood and leather parts were lightly wiped clean with paper tissues and white spirit and the whole was brushed lightly with 'Renaissance'microcrystalline wax
