Pouch in two sections. Made of canvas covered with red ?silk figured with small repeated circles in ?silver thread (now faded to a dull orange). Edges bound with leather (green in places), appliqued with four lines of thin braid: grey, mid blue, pale blue and white. A ribbon woven with checkboard and stripe designs hangs down from either side of the lid of the pouch, at the bottom of which is a boss made of woven ?silver wire. From this hang two large ?silk tassels: one (faded) red, one blue.
