Arched harp: with naviform soundbox (suspension rod and stringing restored). The underside of the soundbox is rounded and of one piece with the lower end of the neck. The sides of the soundbox are roughly carved but shaped so as to be slightly convex on the inside. The upper end of the soundbox is rectangular, the lower rounded and sloping, and carved to end with a small knob perhaps used to secure the suspension rod. The neck is in two parts, dowelled together and secured with a wooden peg. The neck is elliptical in section with flattened ends. The four pegs survive intact.
