    Title-page to a series of six plates, stitched together with buff paper cover (printed as in this sheet, but with prices instead of publication date), two back covers printed on one side each with letterpress advertisements, additional letterpress sheet following title-page and four-page pamphlet of 'New publications' inside front cover.
