Glazed steatite rectangular plaque decorated on one side with a representation of a sphinx wearing a plumed crown and inscribed with the names of Amen and Maat, longitudinally pierced, the other side decorated with a representation of an ibis-headed sphinx beneath a flying uraeus and inscribed with hieroglyphs giving a divine epithet including neb `lord'.
