Inscription ContentOriginal Description: "The 3rd man is the Chief or as they call them King of Pram-Pram - the last is the old fetish priest & those 2 in front are 2 of his dancing women" [manuscript note on back of print]; "J.R.Holmes 5.xi.8." [note in second manuscript on back of print].
Cataloguer's Comment: J R Holmes was possibly the District Commissioner of Accra in 1908. N F Barley, 12/07/96. Prior to being stored in albums Af,A48, Af,A49 and Af,A50, the loose photographs and postcards donated by Lady Menendez were kept in boxes and envelopes. Geography: Ethnic group suggested by N F Barley 12/07/1996. Circumstances: [MEN-] PIC DOC 12.
