Rectangular painted wooden box; one side depicts a woman adoring Duamutef and Qebhsenuef, the other the same scene with Hapy and Imsety(lower section lost); wedjat-eye above a neb-basket on both end-walls; the lid, the base and the lower part of one of the side-walls are missing.
