Reason for treatment
Clean. relay lifting flakes.
Surface dusty. Some areas of the surface are flaking.
The dust was removed with cotton wool swabs moistened with Synperonic N - non ionic detergent and distilled water. The flaking areas were re-layed with Mowilith DCM2 - PVA emulsion in distilled water, applied to the edge of the paint flake with a fine artists brush.
