Recommend this session
Explore the world of Islamic art and belief through modern technology.
Borrow mobile phones from the museum and lead your students on a digital trail around the Islamic galleries. The trail explores Islam through key themes in the RE curriculum such as pilgrimage, worship and expression of spirituality through art. Digital activities are designed to encourage personal reflection and discussion between students.
Photographs and media captured during the session can be accessed online from school. The session is teacher-led; a Museum facilitator will be available to offer basic technical support.
Maximum group size: 15
Cancellation and no-show charges apply.
