Touch tours

There are touch tours for the Egyptian Sculpture Gallery (Room 4) and for the Parthenon Sculptures (Room 18). Please ask at the Information Desk for further details.

Accompanied visit

A volunteer can be requested to accompany visitors around the Museum. For this service please contact the Access Manager at least two weeks in advance of your visit.

Inclusive design for temporary exhibitions

All our temporary exhibitions have large print information and, where possible, tactile images. Please ask the Information Desk or the Access Manager for further information.

For paying exhibitions, concessions are available for disabled visitors. A companion ticket is also provided free of charge. Please contact the Information Desk.

Handling sessions

We can arrange handling sessions, involving original objects and replicas, for people with learning disabilities. Please contact the Access Manager with at least six weeks notice.
