American Friends of the British Museum

If you are an American citizen you can make a donation tax effectively through the American Friends of the British Museum.

The AFBM is a tax-exempt organisation under section 5019(c)(3) of the IRS. The AFBM is able to accept cash donations via cheque or wire transfer and donations of stock.
