Personal Assistant
To provide the Director of Development and the Director of

Corporate Relations Manager
This is a frontline fundraising position within the corporate
section of the Development Department, which reports to the Head of
Corporate Relations. You will be responsible for securing funding
from the corporate sector for a range of Museum projects and
activities, for managing existing sponsors and Global Partners and
for all internal and account management of sponsorship projects.
You will help implement an agreed strategy for long-term support
from major sponsors, develop excellent funding proposals, identify
and successfully approach prospects for support, and implement and
manage major corporate partnerships.

Keeper of the Department of Coins and Medals
The Museum is seeking a numismatist of academic distinction to
lead and manage the Department of Coins and Medals. You will be
responsible for the curation of the collection of some one million
coins and medals, drawn from all parts of the world since coinage
was invented. You will direct the Department's academic work,
ensuring the implementation of a dynamic programme of research into
the collections and archaeological fieldwork abroad. You will
maintain and develop cultural and diplomatic links with appropriate
organisations.
A recognised specialist in a relevant field, you will have
experience at a senior level in a museum, university or similar
institution. You will have the ability to manage and inspire the
department, to participate widely in the Museum's affairs and
undertake a representational role both in the UK and abroad.
