Construction October 2011
In September 2011 excavation of the basement levels began. Props were installed within the site to support the structure of the building as the basement was excavated. Taking place over a period of 26 weeks, approximately 37,000m3 of excavated material was removed from site, equating to 4,500 lorry loads.
