From site visit, administration and pre-planning through to managing your filming day, the Museum has dedicated staff to guide you through every stage of the process.
Researching your proposal
There is a range of facilities and lots of information available to help you plan and research your programme before making a proposal.

Completing the proposal form
The Broadcast Unit endeavours to take forward all reasonable requests. The more information you give, the easier it will be to process your proposal. Please answer all questions in the proposal form.

Please note that all requests must comply with the terms and conditions for filming at the British Museum
What happens next?
You will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss your programme. If your request can be acccommodated you will need to submit a technical application form, risk assessment and the filming contract.
