Libraries

The Department of Conservation and Scientific Research has two extensive libraries, respectively comprising works on all aspects of conservation and science.

The libraries may be used by bona fide students of conservation and conservation science attending recognised courses at academic institutions in the UK and the rest of the world.

Any application for use should be made by post to the Keeper of Conservation and Scientific Research in the first instance and should be accompanied by a brief note from a tutor to confirm the student's status.

Send applications to:

We are unable to allow students access without prior appointment
