If you are not entirely satisfied with your product (including books, replica items and other products but not etickets or Membership) we will be happy to exchange or refund it. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 085 0864 (if you are calling from outside the UK call +44 (0)20 7637 1292) to find out how to make an exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product descriptions

The British Museum replicas have been carefully made to recreate the look and feel of the original object and, in most cases, will reflect the damage or ageing of the original object. Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, specifications, colour and prices, however, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only.
